The short answer is no. The longer answer is, that like most things you can become ‘addicted’ to change for change sake. Not as healthy as responding intuitively to what you know will help you live a more balanced life.
Giving all parts of you – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – some space to integrate and embed new ways of being gives the best chance for them to be long lasting. Once they have become a part of who you are now, you can then go ahead and explore other aspects of your life that are ready to clear, when they are ready to clear.
The choice of course is always yours.
